Port Perry, ON, March 25, 2026 – Supervac, a Canada-based vacuum truck manufacturer, has established its first physical service presence in Ontario through a partnership designating NEWCO Inc. as the province’s Supervac Certified Service Centre.
The Port Perry facility will provide Ontario-based Supervac customers with local access to factory-backed technical support, parts inventory, warranty administration, and certified service capabilities.
Boots on the Ground: Physical Presence for Optimal Support
For contractors, municipalities, and infrastructure operators running hydro-excavation equipment in time-sensitive, safety-critical environments, service accessibility directly impacts operational continuity. Equipment downtime, parts delays, and remote service coordination create project risks that local service infrastructure can mitigate.
“We have been involved in the Ontario market for many years and we fully understand that our customers operate in demanding field conditions with increasingly complex equipment. We invest significant resources in training our customers’ mechanical teams, but we also recognize that finding qualified personnel is a growing challenge for many of our customers. Equipment uptime isn’t optional. Combined with the unmatched performance of Supervac units, equipment readiness is the foundation of our promise to our customers,” said Vincent Larochelle, General Manager of Supervac. “Having boots on the ground in Ontario means our existing customers now have direct access to a physical service location, a local technical contact who understands their operations, and faster response when they need parts or support. It’s about being present where our customers need us most.” The Certified Service Centre provides a tangible service point for Ontario’s existing Supervac fleet while supporting the company’s growth strategy.

We’re now strengthening that offering by adding local support, without compromising manufacturer expertise,” Larochelle added. “Newco brings Supervac’s technical standards to a physical location customers can visit, call, and rely on for fleet support.”
